FOOD DISTRIBUTION/SUPPLY

In Africa, hunger is increasing at an alarming rate. Economic woes, drought, and extreme weather are reversing years of progress so that 237 million sub-Saharan Africans are chronically undernourished, more than in any other region. In the whole of Africa, 257 million people are experiencing hunger, which is 20% of the entire population.

The ravaging effects of hunger is not felt only in Africa, but Africa understandably bears the larger burden of hunger’s onslaught. For this reason, Elohim Global Foundation’s food distribution initiative is concentrated on the continent of Africa

Direct Beneficiary Contact

With our new Direct Beneficiary Contact (DBC) initiative, we make it easy for the certified hunger-stricken members of the population to have a direct access to the food they need to stay alive. Due to controversies trailing numerous Food Distribution/Supplies exercises by numerous other organizations, EGF has put together a fail-proof initiative that ensures relief items are delivered directly to those who desperately need them.

Mobile Soup Kitchen

Furthermore, at Elohim Global Foundation, we know and believe that not everyone who’s hungry has the capacity to process raw food for consumption. Many simply can’t. So, we have designed a next to perfect mobile Soup Kitchen program that will ensure the desperately hungry have access to decent meals, at least once everyday, in their communities

Storage facilities

From our regional food storage facilities (warehouses), food items shall be distributed momentarily to a central kitchen from where cooked food is supplied to our mobile soup kitchens, just so that no one ever goes to bed hungry and angry.
